Through a person centred approach that focuses on empowerment for the individual use of, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT),  Eye Movement Desensitization  Reprocessing, (EMDR) Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Therapy, Katrina strives to interactively work together with people for them tobecome the best they can be.......
